de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs
" Cuvée Impériale Brut ".
This Crémant de
Bourgogne " Cuvée Impériale Brut " is produced with a Chardonnay
grape.
The juice is selected with old vines then is pressed for a first " fermentation
"in cask, about 3 months, the base wines is bottled. the bottles laid on rack
during 15 months for a second " fermentation ".
This " Cuvée Impériale Brut " is well-balanced, well-fruited,
full of fineness.
It can be served as an apéritif or with food, this Crémant can
perfectly well stand keeping.
Also exists in "Cuvée An 2000"

Crémant
de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs
" Cuvée Royale Brut ".
This Crémant de
Bourgogne " Cuvée Royale Brut " is produced with a Chardonnay grape.
Mister Fernand Loron selects the grapes on the slopes of Maconnais. He collects
the juice for a first " fermentation " in cask, about 2 months, next, the
wine is bottled and laid on rack during 12 months.
This Crémant de Bourgogne "Royale Brut" is brilliant, well-balanced
with yellow golden colour.
It can be served as an apéritif or with food and is the perfect wine
for receptions.

Crémant

" Cuvée Prestige Brut ".
This Crémant de
Bourgogne " Prestige Brut " is produced with a Chardonnay grape. The juice
select are collected for a first " fermentation " in vat. This " Cuvée
Prestige " is bottled and laid on rack minimum of 9 months.
This Crémant "Prestige" is light, brilliant, well-fruited.
It can be served as an apéritif or with dessert.

Crémant
de Bourgogne Blanc
" Cuvée Tradition Brut ".
This Crémant de
Bourgogne " Tradition Brut " is produced with a Chardonnay grape (85%) and
Gamay grape (15%).
After the harvest, the bottles laid on racks a minimum of nine months for
a second fermentation.
The Crémant de Bourgogne "Tradition Brut" is light, brilliant, well-fruited.
It can be drunk on its own, or flavoured with a dash of blackcurrant, rasberry
or blackberry spirit.

This Crémant de
Bourgogne " Rosé Brut " is produced with a pinot noir .
The wine is bottled and laid on racks during 9 months.
The " Rosé Brut " should be served very cool between 6° and 8°C.
It can be servedas an cocktail or with dessert.
